NOTE: these canes are manufactured and painted on an as-needed basis by an outside source. As a result, you will note different consistencies in the type of material used and the finish of the paint. These different consistencies are beyond our control and as a result we cannot offer refunds on the canes. If necessary, we can offer an exchange, as soon as the previously purchased cane is returned (cost of shipping to return is the buyer’s responsibility. as is the cost of shipping the replacement). Be advised that there may be a restocking fee as well.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
In order for your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging.
